Development works

Demarcation Of PlotsAs per the provided site corner geo-reference coordinates , all the road network and plots will be demarcated on existing ground.
Boundary WallA secure boundary wall will be constructed on west site of the project to clearly demarcate the land and prevent any encroachment. the wall will be designed durable materials.
Road WorkA well structure hierarchy of road will be developed including arterial and sub arterial, collector that is 18m , 12m, and 9m, road will be constructed to provide proper circulation within the township.
Footpathswell designed footpath will be developed along all major and minor roads to insure pedestrian safety and promote walkability. these will be constructed using paver blocks with adequate width and barrier free access for person with disability.
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesA portable water supply system will be installed comprising under ground reservoir (UGRs) and overhead tank (OHT) and distribution pipeline network . the system will ensure 135 lpcd water supply to all household and community building in line with CPHEEO norms.
Sewer SystemAn under ground sewerage system will be developed to collect and convey domestic waste water through a network of sewer pipes, inspection chambers, and manholes. the system will be designed as per natural gravity flow.
DrainAn effective storm water drainage network will be laid out along both side of the roads to prevent Flooding and water Logging , these drains will be covered depending on roads and Gradient and will discharge into recharge structure.
ParksPark boundary and pedestrian pathway has been provided within the parks to provide protected play area for children. landscaping with suitable plans will be provided.
Tree PlantingAvenue plantation and greenbelt development carried out through out the project area. native and hardy tree species selected to provide shade, improve the microclimate, and contribute to health urban environment.
Design For Electric Supply Including Street LightingAn integrated electric network will be installed, including distribution of transformers, feeder pillars, and connection to all residential units and public building. LED based energy efficient street lighting will be installed at the uniform intervals along road and public space.
Community BuildingsNA
Treatment And Disposal System Of Sewage And Sullage Watercollected sewage and sullage will be directed toward STP through proper network. treated water will be reuse for horticulture as per CPCB norms.
Solid Waste Management And Disposal SystemAn integrated solid waste management will be implemented. the system will includes provision for door to door collection of segregated waste wet and dry, cowered bins on different strategic location and dedicated collection points for different land uses.
Water Conservation SystemA rain water harvesting system has been provide to ensure the ground water recharge and watering to the parks, plantation on median of roads.
Energy Management System Including Use Of Renewable EnergyNA
Fire Protection And Fire Safety SystemAll the fire protection and fire safety measures will be integrated across the entire township in accordance with NBC and CPHEEO standards, and firefighting water storage will be maintained in overhead and under-ground tanks.
Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health ServicesThe prioritized social infrastructure by providing essential public facilities such as a community hall, anganwadi center, skill development centers etc.
