Demarcation Of PlotsDemarcation of plots shall be execute during the period of development.
Boundary WallThat the boundary wall shall be constructed with RCC column and plinth level beam with Brick Masonry, plaster and paint work on plaster area.
Road WorkThat the internal road of the plotted area shall be of interlock tile/paver with 2 coarse of WBM with fully compacted earth.
FootpathsThe sanctioned lay out plan does not have any foot path, so no construction shall be execute.
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesThe water supply line shall be laid in the internal area of plotted lay out along the plot side and water shall be supply with under ground tank.
Sewer SystemThe sewage line shall be laid under ground with required capacity and brick masonry chamber shall be construct and main line shall be finally connected to STP.
