Development works
Demarcation Of PlotsAll the plots will be demarcated as per the approved layout as per the orientation and direction. The size and alignment of the plots will be measured by the state of art equipment.
Boundary WallA 6 to 8 feet high brick wall will be constructed along the applicable boundary of he project. The wall will be cemented through brick and mortar. The will will be plastered and painted. The foundation of the wall and the wind cracks will be provided to make the wall weather and earthquake resistant.
Road WorkThe road works will be done with suitable wearing course of bituminous layer and paver blocks. The top and wearing course will be laid over compacted earth and granular layer providing the anti skid surface to cater for the the projects traffic. The roads are 9m and 7.5 m wide covering total of 6448sq.m
FootpathsThe paver blocks will be laid over the compacted earth and the sand bed along all the suitable areas and the periphery of the parks. The M-15 grade blocks will cater for the walking . 1m wide approx 2000sq.m
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesThe ground water will be pumped to the overhead tank. The potable water will be supplied through underground pipelines to the individual units for the purpose of domestic use. The submersible pump will be installed with back up to provide the continuous supply of water as per demand. The capacity of water tank is 100000 ltr.

Solid Waste Management And Disposal SystemA dalab ghar will be constructed for the solid waste management. The dustbins will also be installed at all required location to assist the collection of solid waste and the easy disposal of the same. The dalab ghar is approximately 33sqm
Water Conservation SystemA minimum 10m deep bore will be constructed using the perforated pipes and the collection chamber having the multilayer filtration to help recharge the the water table. There will two harvesting pits one of 150KLH and one of 100KLH.
