Development works

Demarcation Of PlotsDemarcation of Plots will be done as per the sanctioned map with proper setbacks.
Boundary WallBoundary Wall at site will be made of Fly Ash/ Clay Bricks with column beam structure. The height of the boundary wall will be 06 ft. plaster will be done on both side of the Boundary wall after that two coat of paints will be coated.
Road WorkConcrete / Apex Road will be made at site. The base of the road will be filled by red moram. After that two layer of aggregate will be layered to make sure that the road is up to the mark, after this the top layer will be colored black white apex road will be 7.5 mtr. to 12.00 mtr wide.
FootpathsFootpaths will be made by interlocking Type B concrete block pavers with a minimum paths width 1.5 mtr thickness 80 mm
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesFor water supply we have a provision of boring water. Water supply provision will be provided via system of pumps pipes . Water will get stored in underground tanks from there will get supplied to individual units personal tanks. This water will be used for drinking and daily use purpose.
Sewer SystemSewage treatment plant will be constructed at site. All water drains, waste drains will come connect in the sewage treatment plant. This STP will filter the water that will be used for plantation.
DrainDrain will be made below the footpaths with chambers. Drains will be made with brickwork PVC pipe of different dia. The water from Duplex will come through PVC Pipe and this drain , and a proper slope will be mentioned in STP plant. The water will get collected through drains in STP plant.
ParksParks are provided in the colony. These parks can be used as children play area, jogging, sit out space etc.
Tree PlantingTree will be planted around 400 in numbers all over the campus and in the garden as well.
Design For Electric Supply Including Street LightingIron poles with street light will be placed all over the campus and proper electrification with transformer and wiring will be done as shown in the layout. Electrification will be done in all duplexes also with ISI marks wires, modular switches with proper earthing arrangements.

Treatment And Disposal System Of Sewage And Sullage WaterTreatment and Disposal system of sewage and sullage water will be provided by constructing STP plant. In this water will be provided by constructing STP plant.
