Demarcation Of PlotsThe project site is a plot of 2840 sq.mtr. having one main entrance gate opening onto a 12 m wide front road. Proper site demarcation with boundary coordinates and corner pillars will be done as per approved layout.
Boundary WallA 2 m high and 230 mm thick brick wall with RCC columns and coping will be constructed around the entire plot. The main façade will display the project name and logo, enhancing its visual appeal. Length of Boundary - 242 x 127 foot
Road WorkInternal driveways will have 80 mm thick interlocking paver blocks over compacted sub-base. Entry and driveway gradients will follow standard design to ensure smooth vehicle movement and drainage. Road Width - 40 foot
FootpathsNo separate footpaths are proposed within the compound; internal walkways will be integrated with landscaped areas and paved courtyards.
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesTwo borewells with submersible pumps will be provided for each block’s water requirement through underground HDPE pipelines. Provision for future municipal water connection will be kept.
