Demarcation Of PlotsIt defines property boundaries , parcel shapes, plot locations and hence is a foundation for land use and land marks. number of residential plots already provided with sizes in plan details of portal.
Boundary Wall0.23 M thick boundary wall up to 2.14M height with 16 raito and both side plasters with 15 rations will be constructed.
Road Workstone bllast with compaction soiling coat 40 mm to 63 mm, a 6 mm to 10 mm thick coat of stone grit and sand, including compaction, and laying a concrete slab 10 CM thick with a 1 2 4 ratio, concrete paver block will be used for pavement.
FootpathsFootpaths will be provided in the park. Concrete paver blocks will be used for pavement. Bollards will be provided along the footpath in the park.
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesOverhead water tanks with a capacity of 20 KLD will be provided. Pumphouses will be provided for efficient supply of water to overhead water tanks situated on the terraces at the at the top of each residence.
