Demarcation Of PlotsDemarcation of plots will be done as per approved layout. The total numbers of plots are 38 nos.
Boundary WallThe boundary wall is in 3 Mt. high that is built in 230 mm thick brick wall in first class brick work in a ratio of 1;6 mix, with providing column in every 4 Mt. expansion joint and beam for high durability damp proof course layer will also laid , for moisture resistant purpose.
Road WorkInternal road is 15 Mt. , 12Mt. wide. All road are RCC with proper compaction 8inch boulder will be use, ready mixed concrete will be used which is manufactured in fully automatic batching plant, and designed upto 100 Mt. load capacity.
FootpathsA 3 m wide footpath runs all along the fence outside a park. It improves the quality and quantity of ground water.
