Demarcation Of PlotsDemarcation of Plots are completed at site.
Boundary WallProject area boundary wall will be constructed by the promoter and for individual plot, the boundary wall will be constructed by the allottees.
Road Work9/12/18/24 mtr wide Bitumen road will be constructed as per approved layout.
FootpathsBoth side of road, Footpath will be developed, 2.0 or 3.0 mtr. as per road width.
