Demarcation Of PlotsTHE PLOTS WILL BE DEMARCATED BY CONCRETE PILLERS TO ALL 4 SIDES OF THE PLOT BOUNDARY , TO THE EXACT SHAPE , SIZE AND ORIENTATION AS PER SANCTIONED MAP BY LUCKNOW DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY.
Boundary WallA 2.4 METER HIGH PRE-FABRICATED BOUNDARY WALL WILL BE CONSTRUCTED WITH DEEP FOUNDATION ALONG WITH BARBED WIRE FENCING AT THE TOP.
Road WorkCONCRETE ROADS WITH 150-200MM GSB, 100-150MM WMM, 75-100MM PCC AND 100-125 MM TRIMIX WHEREEVER APPLICABLE AS PER APPROVED LAYOUT.
FootpathsAN M-15-M30 GRADE OF PAVER BLOCK/INTERLOCKING TILES WILL BE LAID IN THE PROJECTFOR WALKING AREAS. TILES WILL BE 60MM, THICK AND THE COLOUR PATTERNS WILL BE LASTING.
