Boundary WallThere is no boundary wall is proposed for the project.
Road WorkRoads of width 9.0 or more has to be constructed with base concrete having carriage way width 3.75m. Space between drain and both eadges of road will remain kachcha and flower-trees like amaltash or kusum will be planted on one side of road. Roads having width less than 9.0 m( i.e 6. 0m and 7.50m) has to be constructed with base concrete having 3.50 m wide carriage way. Space between drain and both eadges of road will remain kachcha. Road having width less than 4.50 m has to be constructed with 80 mm thick rubber molded tile with concrete base. CC roads of scheme have to be constructed with Ready Mix Concrete as per provisions of IRC: SP: 62 – 2014. The passage between building block and road will be made with 80 mm thick rubber moulded tile with base of concrete.
FootpathsInterlocking paver block is proposed for footpaths.
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesAll water supply line from out let of pump house has to be laid of HDPE pipe of required size as per design.
Sewer Systemhas to be laid as per the design and standards with DWC-HDPE pipe.
DrainDrain system also will constructed as per sanctioned plan and site requirements.
Parksthe parks boundary will be made with grill-wall with RCC Column upto 90cm height from ground level. And RCC plinth level will remain 45 cm maximum. No path-way or jogging track will be made within park and only grass will be planted. 80 mm thick interlocking tile with sand base has to laid round the building blocks between the building blocks. Parking space for each house has to be provided as per building-bye-laws, with 80mm thick interlocking paver blocks with concrete base. All work has to carried out with required specifications of PMAY-(U) Guidelines, UPPWD, Building Bylaws and NBC Guidelines.
