Development & Facilities

Development works

Demarcation Of PlotsAll 9 number of plots , roads and utilities will be demarcated as per approved plan. The orientation and size will be as per approval. The Plot areas will be strictly maintained.
Boundary WallThe required boundary wall will be 6 to 8 feet high. The wall will be made in brick mortar. The wall will be plastered and painted. The wall at required location s will be earthquake resistant.
Road WorkThe roads will be of paver blocks laid over the compacted granular layer topped with the sand bed. The 9 m wide road as per approved map will be constructed as per the relevant codes. The Subgrade and the granular layer will be compacted to minimum 95 percent compaction.
FootpathsThe foot paths will have interlocking paver blocks At all suitable location of 1m width. The subgrade will be well compacted and the sand bed of 40-50 mm will be laid over, before placing the paver blocks.
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesThe Pump house will be constructed for the ground water . The potable ground water will be pumped to UGT/OHT and supplied to all units of the project through PVC pipe line. The PVC pipes will be lain in line and slopes to cater for each unit of the project
Sewer SystemIndividual septic tanks will be constructed for each unit. The sewerage system will be constructed for all units. The dimensions will be approximately 2mx2.5mx2.5m.
DrainThe lined covered drain will be constructed in the project to cater for the drain requirements of the project. The drain outlet will be fixed as per drainage plan. The with of top of drains will be kept at minimum of 200m and the shape will be trapezoidal to assist flow
