Development & Facilities

Development works

Demarcation Of PlotsAll the plots and project land as a whole will be demarcated as per the approved layout. The dimensions and orientations of plots , roads parks will be as per approved layout.
Boundary WallThe 6 to 8 feet high boundary wall. The brick-mortar wall will be erected at project periphery and will be plastered and painted with all weather paint.
Road WorkThe project roads will be 7.5 m and 9.0 m wide as a carriageway. The construction will be done as per the provisions and specifications.
FootpathsThe interlocking tiles will be placed for walkways and footpaths. The interlocking paver blocks will be placed over a compacted base and a bed of sand
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesThe ground water will be pumped to the overhead tank and will be supplied to each unit through underground pipe system. The system will be designed for flow under gravity and will be installed with the provisions for inspection
Sewer SystemThe soil pipe underground system will be installed. The 300mm dia pipe will be connected through bends and inspection chambers . Te sewer will be collected from each unit and will be lead to STP.
DrainThe Covered and open drains will be constructed in trapezoidal shape with top with of 300mm appx to collect the waste water.
ParksAll the parks as per layout and landscape plan will be developed into a lush green piece of land. The park will have the walking and sitting areas along with amenities for kids.
Tree PlantingThe trees will be planted at all suitable locations of the project . The trees will be selected in consultation with horticulture expert .
Design For Electric Supply Including Street LightingThe transformer and the distribution will be installed as per the load allocated for the project by the electricity department. The overhead

Treatment And Disposal System Of Sewage And Sullage WaterState of Art sewage treatment plant will be installed to cater for the domestic effuse if the project. The multi stage mechanism will bring down the effluents within the permissible limit of the municipal corporation before disposal.
Solid Waste Management And Disposal SystemThe dalab ghars or Garbage collection centers will be constructed in three numbers with each having area of 15 sq.m. Other than this the dustbins will be installed at all suitable location of the project.
Water Conservation SystemThree rainwater harvesting pits will be installed. The each will have 50000l capacity. The surface runoff and rainwater will be collected and filtered down through layered filtration process.
