Demarcation Of PlotsWe have developed a 207 acres township. The existing one side is 30 mtr wide, and the other is also 30 mtr wide.
Boundary Wall1.80m high and 115mm thick brick work and RCC work in column and beam.
Road WorkWe have provided 30 mtr/ 24mtr/18mtr/12mtr/9mtr/7.5 mtr and 6 mtr of RCC road throughout the project.
FootpathsWe have provided an 80mm thick paver block at footpath over 100mm thick hardcore.
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesWe have provided water supply from store at UGT and pneumatic pump and further distribute through under ground pipelines.
Sewer SystemModular sewarage system shall be provided. All sewarage water shall go to the STP and overflow from the STP shall be connected irrigation line and flushing line. The excess overflow is connected to the Municipal sewarage system, when comes into the system.
DrainThe stormwater from the road and other landscapes areas will connect with the drain channel and go to the RWH pit to recharge the groundwater and overflow shall be connected with the municipal drain line when comes in the system.
ParksWe will provide a landscape, kids play zone, and pedestrian tracks, seating benches,etc.
Tree PlantingWe will provide many types of trees all along the boundary wall and green areas.
Design For Electric Supply Including Street LightingWe will design and implement the system as per UPPCL and we will consider a centralized transformer, HT panel, LT panel, Feeder Pillar, and DG back for common serives like External Water supply,STP,pump room etc.
