Demarcation Of PlotsWe have total one plot are of 20213.74 sq mtr in khasra no 59, 60, 63, 64, 65, 66 and 67. Demarcation of all available 22 plots as per sanctioned plan has been done.
Boundary WallIn this project there will be a boundary wall of 2 m high and 250 mtr thick Brick work and RCC work in column and beam, There will be a logo of the project as the entrance
Road WorkWe will be provide internal road of 9 mtr and 12 mtr across in this project and front area will be covered by delhi road NH 24 that is 46 mtr wide.
FootpathsIn this project internal footpaths will provided and we will use RCC bricks for prepration
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesWe will be providing water supply in this project and underground water supply lines will be installing
Sewer SystemWe will be providing modular sewerage system, all sewerage water will go to STP and then it will be used for irrigation in green area
DrainStrom water will be provided and from roads and other landscape area will be connected to the storm water drain channel and got to rain water harvesting PIT for recharge of ground water
ParksThere will be green area of 1769.06 sq mtr in this project and this will have games facilities for children, walking and yoga facilities for elder one.
Tree PlantingWe will be planting as many trees of different varieties in this project.
Design For Electric Supply Including Street LightingWe will be providing 2 metering panel chambers in project and common service panel will be there 11 KV line from D.P. will be provided. There will Meter Pillar, HDPE Pipe, LV cables, MV Cables, LT cable for residence and there will be Sand filling
Community BuildingsWe will not provide any community buildings
Treatment And Disposal System Of Sewage And Sullage WaterModular sewerage system will be there in this project and all sewerage water will go to the STP
Solid Waste Management And Disposal SystemFor this 35.58 sq mtr will be used to collect solid waste for this project, and there will be a proper garbage collection system
Water Conservation SystemRain water harvesting line to be laid, irrigation of plants by flush water system, as per sanctioned layout RWH line is planned to collect water from drain and to be redirected to multiple charging PITs
Energy Management System Including Use Of Renewable EnergyWe will not provide energy managment system.
Fire Protection And Fire Safety SystemWe will not be providing any fire safety system in project
