Development works

Demarcation Of PlotsThe Project lands,the plots,roads,parks and other amenties will be demarcated in size, Dimensions and orientation as per the map approved.There are total of 134 residential plots , Plot No. A1 and A2 are commercial plots (to be sold as plot only)
Boundary WallA 6 to 8 feet high boundry wall will be constructed in the project. The foundation of the boundry wall will be 3 to 4 feet deep.The wall will be constructed in brick and mortal.Boundry wall will be plastered and painted with the all weather paint.
Road WorkThe roads of width 9 m and 7.5 m will be constructed in the project. The top surface will be of inetrlocking paving tiles of 80 mm depth .the paver blocks will be laid on the sand bed
Footpathsinterlocking paver block of 60mm depth will be installed in the footpatharea of the project.The paver block will be laid over the sand bed and the compacted layers underneath.
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesThe ground water supply will be made to each unit through submersible pumps.the individual units will installed the pump of 1.5HP.
Sewer SystemThe septic tank of each unitwill be constructed in the project .the size will be as per the design with capacity of around 2000 l
DrainThe lined and covered surface drains will be constructed in the project,the trapezoidal lined drains will have the minimum width and height of 200mm.The drain will be laid to ensure quick under gravity flow towards the designated chambers of rapid progress of the drainage water.
Parks2 lush green parks will be developed in the project as per the landscape plan.
Tree PlantingTree will be planted in the project .the trees will be selected as per local soil and suitablility.The tree willl be planed along the periphery of the parksand at suitable locations of the project.
Design For Electric Supply Including Street LightingA separate transformer will be installed in the project as per the load approved by the DVVNL.the lighting arrangements will be made for the common areas of the project along with the electrical connection to each unit.4mhigh street lights will be erected in the project with lumens as per requirement.The Distribution boxes will be placed on the street light poles.The transformer will be of 750kW.

Solid Waste Management And Disposal SystemGarbage collection centre in 3 brackets will be developed in the project covering approximately 45 square meters.
Water Conservation SystemA 10000lt capacity rain water harvesting pit will be installed in the project in the area of approx.8m X 3m.The runoff will be directed towards the collection chamber and the multistage filteration arrangements will be made of varying size granuals material.The perforated pipe will lead the filtered water to the ground.
