Road WorkBituminous Trunk Roads in Mandola Vihar Yojna are already Constructed. Internal Roads of sector-23 of 9.0 m and 12.0 m are proposed which will be constructed by UPAVP as per design and Parishad Specification.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesWater supply will be provided by different type and dia of pipes as per approved design by UPAVP in which PVC pipe will be provided. Sewer SystemFor sewerage system Internal Sewer line of RCC NP3 pipe of dia 250mm, 300mm, 400mm will be laid as per design approved by the competent Authority of UPAVP. Treatment of sewege will be done in proposed STP in sector-3 of Yojna.
DrainInternal Storm water drain type (CK,C1,C2) will be provided as per design approved by the competent Authority of UPAVP.
ParksParks will be provided as per approved layout plan. The park will be provided with approved design boundary in which Tree/Plant shall be planted.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street LightingElectrification work and street light work will be done by UPAVP as per design and drawing approved by competent Authority UPAVP. Steel Tubular pole will be used for connecting Electric Supply wire from transformer to plots. For the purpose of street lightening LED Bulbs will be installed on poles at proper spacing. Electricity supply line will be handed over to UP Power Corporation after completion and testing of line.

Treatment And Disposal System Of Sewage And Sullage WaterTreatment of sewage will be done by proposed STP to be constructed in sector 3 Mandola Vihar Yojna, Ghaziabad.
