Demarcation Of PlotsAll of 41 residential plots, 1 commercial plot, roads and parks will be demarcated in deminsion and orientation as per appproved map.
Boundary WallA six to eight feet high boundary wall will be constructed at the required locations. The wall will be in brick and cement mortar. The foundation will be 3 to 4 feet deep.
Road WorkThe flexible pavement will be constructed in the project. The subgrade and the granular layers will be compacted to the requiored density. The with of the roads will be 10.67m to 12 m.
FootpathsInterlocking paver block of 4 inches will be laiod for the footpath sections over a sand bed and a compacted base layer/s
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesGround water will be pumped to the water tank . The pumps of 3HP will be used. The water will be led through the main pipe of 100 mm diameter to each individual unit. The tank capacity will be 1lac liter
Sewer SystemThe sewer line along with the man holes will be laid in the project to cater for the domestic sewer needs. The under ground sewer line will be of 200 to 300 mm dia.
DrainThe sub-surface and the surfacer drains will beconstructed in the project. The trapezoidal drain will have a minimum bottom depth of 150mm.
ParksLush green park will be developed in the project as per the landscape plan covering 1337 square meters area of the project .
Tree PlantingThe trees will be planted at all suitable locations of the project as per local flora and fauna.
Design For Electric Supply Including Street LightingThe street lights of 4.5 m height will be installed in the project . The electrical connection through thedistribution boxes will lead to each individual unit. Separate arnsformer will be installed for the project.

Solid Waste Management And Disposal SystemDalab Ghar covering 30 square meters is proposed in te project. In addition to it dust bins will be installed at all suitable locations.
