Demarcation Of PlotsThis is single plot polygon shaped , having total 1 no. of entry/exit gate from the 24 m wide front road, Site is surronded by other plots of farmers from three sides.
Boundary Wall1.8 - 2.1m high and 150 mm thick Boundary wall designed . Brick Work of 4.5 inches and rcc work in column and beam may be used as per design. MS Broad entrance and exit gates are developed with boundary.
Road WorkC.C. road will be used as per deisgn suggested by the Architect for internal road.
FootpathsFootpaths shown will have matt finish tiles pavers or equivalent finishes
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesGround water may also be used, Also end user shall be used their individual RO system as per their requirement. Overhead tanks shall be provided on building terrace for distribution through gravity.

Community BuildingsPromoter of project Rudra Aadharshila provides One Club House/Community center featuring a swimming pool, seating area, and garden. All allottees from every phase have access to these amenities.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety SystemSince the building is less than 45m in height all the fire norms shall be followed as NBC and approval of fire department
