Demarcation Of PlotsWe have one plot of size 4000 sq. mtr.having 1 main entrance gate from the 30 m wide front road.
Boundary Wall2 m high and 115 mm thick Brick work and rcc work in column and beam. At the center face of boundary wall there would be a Logo of the project which give a beautiful iconic design to boundary wall.
Road WorkFrom the main entrance gate we have RCC road of 6m driveway and kerb stone through out the project.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesWe will provide Two nos. of pump for the requirement of domestic use through underground boring.
Sewer SystemModular Sewerage system shall be Provided. All Sewerage water shall be go to the STP and overflow from the STP shall be connect with the Municipal sewerage system.when come into force.
DrainStorm water shall be Provided in form of underground pipe drains in 150/200/300 mm dia PVC/RCC pipes with catch basins.These drains from Roads and other landscape area shall be connected to the Storm water drain channel and go to the Rain water harvesting Pit for recharge the Ground water and overflow shall be connect with Municipal drain line.

Tree PlantingGood height trees will be planted @ 50 trees per hectare
Design For Electric Supply Including Street LightingWe will design & implement the system as per local electricity Board Transformer(500kva), HT panel, LT Panel, Feeder Pillar and DG (300 kva) back for common service like External lighting, Fountain, STP, Pump room & limited power backup for flats.

Treatment And Disposal System Of Sewage And Sullage WaterModular Sewerage system shall be Provided.
