Demarcation Of PlotsThis is single plot polygon shaped , having total 1 no. of entry/exit gate from the 24 m wide front road, Site is surronded by other plots of farmers from three sides.
Boundary Wall1.8 - 2.1m high and 150 mm thick Boundary wall designed . Brick Work of 4.5 inches and rcc work in column and beam may be used as per design. MS Broad entrance and exit gates are developed with boundary.
Road WorkC.C. road will be used as per deisgn suggested by the Architect for internal road. 6 m. wide driveway with kurb stone.
FootpathsFootpaths shown will have matt finish tiles pavers or equivalent finishes. Aprox. 0.9m to 1.8m. Wide paved footpath of varrying width as per site.
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesGround water may also be used, Also end user shall be used their individual RO system as per their requirement. Overhead tanks shall be provided on building terrace for distribution through gravity.
Sewer SystemCentralized Sewerage system shall be Provided. ParksThere are many green/ landscape area in front/ side of building including green parks, play areas for childrens and different recretional activities. 2-no of green patchs.
Tree PlantingThere are diffrent type of tree plantation is proposed at site in order to maintatin greenary and natural view. Proposed 63 trees.
Design For Electric Supply Including Street LightingWe have designed the system as per local electricity Board and consider centralized Transformer,HT panel,LT Panel and DG back up for common service like External lighting,STP,Pump room etc. 1no.-Transformar-1600 KVA 1no.-DG set = 380 KVA.
Community BuildingsClub House/community center is provided, swimming poolwith sitting area and garden .Proposed ground + two floor, height of each = 3 m.

Energy Management System Including Use Of Renewable EnergyWe will use LED lights fitting in external area as well as solar lights. In STP and Pump room all the equipment shall have energy efficient motor.Terrace will be provided with Solar Voltaic Panels to provide Renewable source of energy for common areas in building complex.
Fire Protection And Fire Safety SystemSince the building is less than 45m in height all the fire norms shall be followed as NBC and approval of fire department
Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health ServicesSewerage ,Storm water and water supply system shall be Provided.
