Development works

Demarcation Of PlotsThe demarcation of the project plot has been carried out in accordance with the sanctioned layout plan and the relevant land records. The actual size of plot is 2750.00 Sq. meters which left 2365.86 Sq. Meters after Road Widening Area. 1 Main Gate from the front road shall be installed to excess the plot.
Boundary Wall215 Sq. Meters Boundry wall shall be prepared which is 2.00 m high and 230 mm thick, Brick work and rcc work in column and beam. At the center face of boundary wall there would be a Logo of the project which give a beautiful iconic design to boundary wall.
Road WorkFrom the main entrance gate we have 80 mm RCC road through out the project. Whose wideness starts are 06.00 Meters which is in accordance with the sanctioned map approved by the authority

Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesWe will provide 2 nos. of pump for the requirement of units through underground pipelines which refill the water tank of 30000.00 Litres capacity constructed at the top of the building
Sewer SystemAll Sewerage water shall be go to the Municipal sewerage system
DrainStorm water shall be Provided. Storm water from Roads and other landscape area shall be connect to the Storm water drain channel and go to the Rain water harvesting Pit for recharge the Ground water and overflow shall be connect with Municipal drain line.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street LightingWe will design & implement the system as per local electricity Board and will consider centralized Transformer, HT panel, LT Panel, Feeder Pillar and DG back for common service like External lighting, Fountain, STP, Pump room etc. Capacity of Transformer will be 400 KVA
Community BuildingsThe project shall include provision for a community building/space as part of the common amenities, intended for the use and benefit of the residents, and the same shall be developed in accordance with the approved layout plan
Treatment And Disposal System Of Sewage And Sullage WaterAll Sewerage water shall be go to the Municipal sewerage system

Fire Protection And Fire Safety SystemThe project shall be equipped with adequate fire-fighting systems and safety equipment, and the same shall be installed in accordance with the applicable fire safety norms, approved building plans, and the relevant provisions and guidelines prescribed under the norms of the NOC obtained from Fire Department.
