Demarcation Of PlotsAs per Map site address /Designated, demarcation of plot, we will done situation at Nasar Pur Disst. Ghaziabad.
Boundary Wall230 MM thick and 2.1 meter boundary wall of RCC/ BRICK filled boundary wall at site will be made of Fly Ash/Clay brick with coulumn beam structure. The heights of boundary wall will be 6FT plaster will be done on both side.
Road WorkConcrete / Apex road will be made at the site. Internal road size will be as per layout plan, and it will be RCC Trimix Road.
FootpathsYes, Footpath will be made by Cement concrete stone and Grass Pavers.
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesAll the drinking water supply to be through terrace tank of required capicity . Municipal water supply will used for drinking water and also collected in under ground water reservoris and Pumped to terrace Tanks.
