Demarcation Of PlotsNorth-30meter wide road, South- 24-Meter-Wide road (Proposed as per GDA master plan) , East- Khasra no. 1178 and West- Khasra no. 1181

Road Workall internals roads in the project will be combination of concrete pavers of different shapes, colours/interlocking tiles/ Cement Concrete as per design.
FootpathsFootpaths will be developed with interlocking tiles as per design.
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesWater supply will be provided to individuals flats from the overhead tanks. The water will be lifted to overhead tanks from the underground tanks through adequate pumping system. source will be connection from the concerned authority.
Sewer SystemInternal sewerage system pipeline will be developed as per drawing and the same will connected to project STP for treatment/GDA Sewer Line Connection.
DrainInternal network of drainage will be developed as per drawing.
ParksParks will be developed in 10 percent of the project Land i.e. Green Area as per the sanctioned layout .
Tree PlantingTree plantation will be done along the project boundary and in green area as per the sanctioned letter.
Design For Electric Supply Including Street LightingElectricity system of the project will be developed for supply electricity to individual flat and for common areas. Adequate streetlights will be provided in the common areas. whereas electricity connection provided directly by UPPCL.

Treatment And Disposal System Of Sewage And Sullage WaterThe sewerage will be treated internally in the STP installed in the project.
Solid Waste Management And Disposal SystemSolid waste generated in the project will be treated/processed in solid waste plant installed in the project.
Water Conservation SystemRain water harvesting pits/system will be provided as per the sanctioned plan.
Energy Management System Including Use Of Renewable EnergyExternal electrification syustem will be developed in the project by Promoter but electricity supply will be provided by UPPCL to individual flat as well as common area and services. The power will be supplied by the UPPCL by directly to flat owner and common area.
Fire Protection And Fire Safety SystemRequisite Fire protection system will be installed as per the terms of the Fire NOC granted by Fire Department.
Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health ServicesMultipurpose Hall, Dedicated Area for Gym, Kids Play area within the 10 percent of Project, Area For indoor Games will be Provided.
Emergency Evacuation ServicesFire staircases will be provided as per the approved Maps for evacuation to open areas.
