Demarcation Of PlotsWe have one plot of size 4703 sq. mtr.having 1 main entrance gate from the 66 m wide front road.
Boundary Wall2 m high and 230 mm thick Brick work and rcc work in column and beam.
Road WorkFrom the main entrance gate we have 80 mm thick interlocking brick /RCC road through out the project.
FootpathsWe would not provide any footpath
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesWe will provide Two nos. of pump for the requirement of blocks through underground pipelines
Sewer SystemCentralized Sewerage system shall be Provided. All Sewerage water shall be go to the STP for treatement. after treatement ,water shall be recycled and it will use in gardening, flush tanks and vehicle washing, oveflow from the STP shall be connect with the Municiple sewarage system in future or a seasonal natural drain running along the site boundary. .
DrainStorm water system shall be Provided. Storm water from Roads and other lanscape area shall be connect to the Storm water drain channel and go to the Rain water harvesting Pit for recharge the Ground water and overflow shall be connect with Municiple drain line.
ParksWe will provide green area with the different activities and the green area will have gaming facilities for kids.
Tree PlantingWe will provide many type of trees in green area
Design For Electric Supply Including Street LightingWe will design & implement the system as per local electricity Board and will consider centralized Transformer, HT panel, LT Panel, Feeder Pillar and DG back for common service like External lighting, STP, Pump room etc.
Community BuildingsOne community building will be developed under project premises with Multipurpose Hall For Yoga/Meeting/Indoor Games,Well Equipped Gym,Society Office,Shop etc.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety SystemSince the building is less than 45m in height all the fire norms shall be followed as NBC and approval of fire department
Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health ServicesWe are providing common washrooms for the visitors/drivers, guard rooms, etc.
Emergency Evacuation ServicesFire Staircase is provided in the building, with fire exit signboards & sprinklers in basements. There will be 1 (one) access and exit in case of emergency
Other Miscellaneous WorkWe will provide grand entrance gate etc.
