Demarcation Of PlotsYes, the demarcation of the plot has been successfully completed, covering a total land area of 1,034.40 sq.mtrs.
Boundary WallYes, a 1.8 mtrs. high boundary wall has been constructed with RCC footings and RCC columns at intervals, along with 230mm brickwork and plaster on both sides, including provision for boundary wall lights, etc.
Road WorkYes, compacted earth with a consolidated subgrade has been prepared, followed by laying two layers of 115 mm thick water bound macadam, along with RCC flooring (M20, trimix finish) provided with minimum reinforcement, and construction joints filled with polysulphide sealant (Thio flex 600),etc
FootpathsYes, a 1.5 mtrs. wide footpath will be constructed using interlocking pavers, as per the sanctioned plans.
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesYes, adequate provision for treatment, storage, and distribution networks will be made as per the prescribed norms. The standards laid down by the GOI for providing potable water supply shall be ensured.
Sewer SystemYes, a proper sewerage system will be constructed using RCC/UPVC pipes as per the approved drawings, and the sewage will be treated through an STP. The treated water will be reused for horticulture and the flushing system. Solid waste will be segregated and disposed of in accordance with the prescribed conditions.

Water Conservation SystemYes, an adequate number of rainwater harvesting pits have been provided.

External fire hydrants will be installed, and each typical floor will be equipped with a hose reel cabinet with hydrant and addressable smoke detectors. Proper signage will be displayed on every floor and at fire escape staircases. A fire main switch will be provided in each lift, along with a fireman switch at the entrance gate for fire brigade operations, etc.
