Demarcation Of PlotsWe have one plot of size 4582 sq. mtr well demarcated having main gate at 30M wide road on which is the project is situated.
Boundary Wall1.8m high boundary wall with 230mm thick brickwork with one entrance from 30m wide main road in the project.
Road WorkFrom main entrance we have 80mm thick interlocking/rcc road at driveway whose wideness starts from 6m width situated in the project.
FootpathsWe would not provide any footpaths in the project
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesWater supply shall be stored in the domestic water tank in side setback and shall be pumped to the overhead tanks. the portable water shall then be supplied to all residential units by gravity.
Sewer SystemThe sewerage shall be done underground RCC pipes connected with manholes at appropriate locations and it shall be deposited off to the municipal sewer.
DrainSite drainage shall be done via drains all the road side. the terrace water shall be drained to the rain water harvesting system and excess of it shall be drained along with site drainage
ParksThe green area of 937.01 sq. mt. has been proposed in the project with combination of various trees.
Tree Planting24 no. of trees shall be placed as required by building bye-laws in the green areas of the project.
Design For Electric Supply Including Street LightingElectric supply shall be done via cable from main supply. a transformer along with meter room and DC has been proposed in the site layout.
Community BuildingsA Community Hall will be developed in the project as per the Sanctioned Map by the Authority
Treatment And Disposal System Of Sewage And Sullage WaterSewerage and waste water shall be disposed off the municipal sewer.
Solid Waste Management And Disposal SystemThere will be proper Garbage Collection Area for Solid Waste Management and its Disposal will be carried out by the agencies appointed by Municipal Corporation.
Water Conservation SystemFor water conservation RWH (rain water harvesting system) proposed on site to reduce the water consumption and improve the ground water level.
Energy Management System Including Use Of Renewable EnergySolar panels are proposed on roof terrace provided as per building bye laws for energy management.
Fire Protection And Fire Safety SystemFire protection and fire safety system shall be as per NBC 2016. Fire escape staircase with fire lifts proposed as per NBC 2016
Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health ServicesSocial Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services are not applicable in the project.
Emergency Evacuation ServicesFire escape staircase with fire lifts proposed as per NBC 2016. Emergency exit doors and staircase will be available.
