Development works

Demarcation Of PlotsAll plots are demarcated as per the layout being attached having duplex of 22 villas of 1425 sq. ft each. The plot would be demarcated as per the plot area above mentioned for each block.
Boundary WallAll plots are covered by separate boundary walls of atleast 1.5 meters. The colony would be having boundary wall at the boundary of the colony of height of atleast 2.5 meters.
Road WorkBlack top road is being proposed to be laid down in the colony. The roads in front of villas is 40 feet broad. The road would be laid across the colony for the comfort of the residents.
FootpathsPaved block with footpath as per the approved layout is attached.
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesWater for general utility and drinking water purpose will be provided by the laid pipeline. The water supply would be provided through the underground water and the water line laid by the government authority.
Sewer SystemSewer system would be made for the cleanliness of the colony. The sewerage plan would be made for the flow of sullage water easily through the sewer system.

Solid Waste Management And Disposal SystemSolid waste would be collected regularly by the cleaning dept of the city. Dustbins would be placed in the colony in order to keep the colony clean. The dustbin will be placed at regular distance for the comfort of residents.
Water Conservation SystemWater harvesting plan has been proposed and the same would be implemented for the water conservation.
