Demarcation Of PlotsTHE PLOT IS ALREADY DEMARCATED AND ALL THE DEVELOPMENT AND CONSTRUCTION WILL BE DONE AS PER THE SANCTIONED PLAN.
Boundary WallBoundry wall will have 2.2 meter hight with RCC frame structure(Required RCC Columns and Beams). Designed boundry wall will have 125 mm brick work both side plaster and good quality weather coat paint.
Road Work6 metetr interanl RCC Road thicknes 150 mm around the towers as per designed given by our Architect
FootpathsFootpaths will have pavers/tiles or equivalent finish.
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesTwo Numbers of borewell with overtanks. We will be providing presh water supply direct and tank water supply in flats through overheads tanks.
Sewer SystemSewer system system shall be provided. All sewerage ater shall be go to the STP for treatment after treatment recycled water will be used in gardening, flushing and washing of vechicles, rest recycled water will be attached in sewer line.
