Demarcation Of PlotsThis is single plot roughly octagonal shape , having total 1 no. of entry gate and 1no. of exit gate from the 18m wide front road, Site is surronded by other plots on two side
Boundary Wall1.8 - 2.1m high and 200 mm thick Boundary wall designed . Brick Work of 9inches and rcc work in column and beam may be used as per design. MS Broad entrance and exit gates are developed with boundary.
Road WorkConcerete Road with bituminous Cover/ High quality concrete pavers will be used as per deisgn suggested by the Architect for internal road.
FootpathsAll internal roads will have narrow footpath in 40- 60 mm thick concrete pavers or equivalent finishes
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesUP JAl Board will provide the water supply to the Plot and Individual, Ground water may also be used, Also end user shall be used their individual RO system as per their requirement. Overhead tanks shall be provided on building terrace for distribution through gravity.
Sewer SystemCentralized Sewerage system shall be Provided. All Sewerage water shall be go to the STP for tretement after treatement ,water shall be recycle and it will use in gardening, flush tanks and vehicle washing, oveflow from the STP shall be connect with the Municiple sewarage system.

ParksThere is one main park on thesouth east part or plot with pool area, play area for childrens and different recretional activities. Facility of Gym/ Spa/ Sauna on chargeable basis will be provided on terrace as per Architect designs. Central park between Block A and Block B.
Tree Planting"There are 5 type of trees povided in site which are kachnar, gulmauhar, amaltas, kusum and neem."
Design For Electric Supply Including Street LightingWe have designed the system as per local electricity Board and consider centralized Transformer,HT panel,LT Panel,Feeder Pillar and DG back for common service like External lighting,STP,Pump room etc.
Community BuildingsFully centralised AC Club House is provided on the lower ground floor, and some temporary kiosks on the central atrium with sitting area of each building.

In STP and Pump room all the equipment shall have energy efficient motor. 25 % of Terrace is covered with Solar Votaic Panels to provide Renewable source of energy for common areas in building complex.
Fire Protection And Fire Safety SystemSince the building is less than 50m in height all the fire norms shall be followed as NBC and approval of fire department
Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health ServicesSewerage ,Storm water and water supply system shall be Provided. We have Proposed common Pump Room with Primary filteration, Transfer pumps to fill the domestic overhead tank.
