Demarcation Of PlotsResidential Plots of different sizes, commercial plots, PSP plots as approved by the authority are demarcated on the ground
Boundary WallNo boundary wall is being provided by the developer for individual plots
Road WorkAll the main arteries will have flexible pavements with different thicknesses of base depending upon the CBR value of the soil
FootpathsAll main artery roads and sub-artery roads will have footpaths in the shoulders and these footpaths will be finished with the material which will allow rain water percolation into the soil below.
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesTill the time UP Jal Nigam will be in a position to spare water from their sources for this township, underground water will be drawn for supplying to the consumer.
Sewer SystemSub-mains with provisions to link the disposal of each and every plot through chambers/manholes will be laid in front of all the plots and these sub-mains will be connected to the manholes of the main trunk line laid in the service corridors
DrainDual Network, one for roof top rain water connected to Rainwater Harvesting Pits provided at different locations as per the design and the over flow of RWH pits will be connected to the external drainage network. The external drainage network will be provided to carry the roads and plots runoff and finally disposed off into the natural storm drain.

Treatment And Disposal System Of Sewage And Sullage WaterSewerage and Sullage water will be treated in STPs and PHYTORID Technology STP is proposed in the township
Solid Waste Management And Disposal SystemDoor-to-door collection of Solid Waste arrangements will be made in the township through the maintenance agency.
Water Conservation SystemRWH Pits numbers and sizes based on the design at different locations will be provided in the township. The recycled water from STP will be used for Irrigation purpose.
Energy Management System Including Use Of Renewable EnergyLED Luminaires will be used in the township.
Fire Protection And Fire Safety SystemAs it is a township development, provision has been made as per the NBC in the underground water tanks for the water required for firefighting.
Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health ServicesSchools from Anganwadi to Highschool level will be developed in the township by the private players. Besides these school community centers, health centers, blood banks, etc. have been provided.
Emergency Evacuation ServicesAs it is a township development with parks and reasonably sized open areas so evacuations will not be a problem.
Other Miscellaneous WorkThe township is been developed with green having neighborhood sports activity centers.
