Development works

Demarcation Of PlotsThe Plot No. 01B, Sector-140A, NOIDA has been demarcated by NOIDA Development Authority.
Boundary WallA boundary wall of RCC/ Brick work of thickness 115mm/230/150 mm and ht of 900/1500/1800 mm with plaster and railing will be prepared, it will be as per design.
Road WorkAccess driveway to all the towers will be provided and that drive way of pavers M 30 grade with thickness of 65mm and 100 mm kerb stone on sides if required. At entry of tower there will be pattern as per landscape design.
FootpathsFootpath will be provided using 40-50 mm paver wherever required.
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesNOIDA Authority shall supply water for the entire project and it shall be collected in under ground water tanks of 178 KL X1, 184 KL X1 Nos. Raw water and 178 KL X1, 167 KL X1, Nos. Domestic water tanks and water with 65 mm dia pipes to overhead tank at respective tower.
Sewer SystemSTP of 700 KLD will be constructed using RCC and required pump room, STP treated water will be used in flushing, cooling towers and gardening.
DrainStorm water drainage system will be constructed using 400mm dia pipes as per drawings.
ParksLandscape with civil work masonary 115/250mm and stone, pavers, grass and various type of plantation shurbs.
Tree PlantingTree plantation will be as per sanctioned plan in which 50 percent trees will be evergreen trees.
Design For Electric Supply Including Street LightingIncoming HT electrical supply will be provided by UPPCL/NPCL via 2 Nos. 7.5 MVA power transformers, substations, LT Panel and DG Sets of 5 Nos X 2000 KVA and 1 No X 1010 KVA are planned as per norms. Street lighting will be done using LT supply and power back up as per requirement.
Community BuildingsNot Applicable in case of commercial project.
Treatment And Disposal System Of Sewage And Sullage WaterSTP will be installed as per drawing. All sewerage will be treated and the treated waste water will be used for landscaping green, cooling towers and flushing system.
Solid Waste Management And Disposal SystemSTP is proposed at site for the required capacity and treated water shall be used for flushing and irrigation as per latest green building practices.
Water Conservation SystemRain water harvesting system with separate rain water storage tanks is being provided to conserve rain water and duel flush, low flow fixture and drip/ sprinklers in green areas will also be provided
Energy Management System Including Use Of Renewable EnergySolar system shall be provided as per requirement.
Fire Protection And Fire Safety SystemIn compliance to national Building Code of India 2016 Part IV requirement, fire protection and safety system to be provided shall be consist of a. Underground fire tank - 930 m3 b. Each Tower having 20 m3 fire overhead water tank. c. main electric fire hydrant and sprinkler pumps provided of 2850 LPM each. d. Jockey Pump for hydrant and sprinkler of 180 LPM each. e. Diesel Engine fire Pump of 2850 LPM f. Water curtain pump of 4500 M g. All sprinkler system provided in compliance to IS codes and project fire safety requirements aligned to NBC 2016 Part- IV
Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health ServicesCreche facility, Public toilets and driver toilets.
Emergency Evacuation ServicesEmergency Evacuation System (Stairways, Exitways etc.) planned in compliance to National Building Codes of India 2016 Part IV. Refuge areas also to be provided in compliance to NBC 2016.
Other Miscellaneous WorkState of the Art Security System Access Control System and CCTV system to be provided for security and controlled access in the building.
