Development works

Demarcation Of PlotsWe have one plot of size 8749 sq. mtr.having 1 main entrance gate from the 76 m wide front road.
Boundary Wall2 m high and 150 mm thick RCC wall on 2 sides. Rest 2 sides 2 mtr high Green Hedge with beautiful iconic design to enhance the Landscape feature of the boundary wall.
Road WorkFrom Main entrance gate we have bitumen road and internal roads would be paved with combination of Interlocking tiles, Tiles, RCC and Granite. Main Approach road will be 12 metres wide and internal road will be 7.5 metres wide with thickness of 150 mm.
FootpathsFoothpath would be provided in Internal Landscape area and along periphery of Building. Foothpath will be 4 ft wide.
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesWe will provide Two nos. of pump for the requirement of blocks through underground pipelines. Underground water tank capacity will be 2 lakh litres and Water Pump capacity will be 7.5 HP
Sewer SystemModular Sewerage system shall be Provided. All Sewerage water shall be go to the STP and overflow from the STP shall be connect with the Municipal sewerage system.when come into force. STP Capacity will be 150 KLD

Design For Electric Supply Including Street LightingWe will design & implement the system as per local electricity Board and will consider centralized Transformer, HT panel, LT Panel and DG back for common service like External lighting, Fountain, STP, Pump room etc. 2 Transformer with capacity of 630 KVA.
Community BuildingsWe will provide community club inside the building.
Treatment And Disposal System Of Sewage And Sullage WaterModular Sewerage system shall be Provided. All Sewerage water shall be go to the STP and overflow from the STP shall be connect with the Municipal sewerage system.,when come into force.
Solid Waste Management And Disposal SystemThere are a proper garbage collection area provided for the solid waste management.
Water Conservation SystemWe will suggest to individual to use low flow fixtures as well dual flush cistern and raw water harvesting system to reduce the water consumption and improve the ground water level.
Energy Management System Including Use Of Renewable EnergyWe will use LED lights fitting in external area as well as solar lights. In Pump room also all the equipment shall have energy efficient motor. And we will suggest to individual also to use.
Fire Protection And Fire Safety SystemWe will provide Fire Fighting facility in common areas and individual flats also as per FIRE and local authorities requirement.
