Demarcation Of PlotsProject consists of 687 plots
Boundary WallPeripherial compound wall comprising of foundation and 1.5m high masonry wall with barbed wire fencing including plastering and painting as per design.
Road WorkWe have road network varying from 7.5m to 18 m. All roads are bituminous/asphalt roads in the project. The total length of roads is more than 7000 m

Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesWe will provide water tanks with adequate distribution mechanism and connection through underground pipelines.
Sewer SystemModular Sewerage system is planned which shall be connected to dedicated STP/s. The capacity of STP is more than 300 KLD
DrainStorm water shall be Provided. Storm water from Roads and other landscape area shall be connect to the Storm water drain channel and overflow shall be connect with Municipal drain line.
ParksWe will provide green area with the different activities spread across approx 37000 sq.m
Tree PlantingWe will provide many type of trees with diverse fauna and various species all along the project.
Design For Electric Supply Including Street LightingWe will design & implement the system as per local electricity Board .
Community BuildingsLand area of approx 1400 sq. m has been earmarked to develop community centered amenities.
Treatment And Disposal System Of Sewage And Sullage WaterModular Sewerage system is planned which shall be connected with the Municipal sewerage system.
Solid Waste Management And Disposal SystemThere is adequate garbage collection area provided for the solid waste management.
Water Conservation SystemWe shall provide rain water harvesting system for water conservation and improve the ground water level.
