Demarcation Of PlotsTotal Plot area= 40554 Sq. Mtr. Current Project Plot area= 5826 Sq. Mtr. Plot No.- 03, Sector Knowledge Park-3, Greater Noida UP- Allotted by Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority.
Boundary Wall2.1 meter high boundary wall with 450 mm high brick and plaster wall.
Road WorkAll roads in the complex will be in combination with concrete pavers. Roads will be laid over 225 mm water-bound macadam.
FootpathsAll footpaths in the complex will be a combination of concrete pavers of different colors, shape and thickness of 65 mm and 80 mm laid over 150 mm water bound macadam surface.
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesPotable water supply from GNIDA shall be collected in underground collection tank and pumped to overhead water tank (2 numbers) located at the top floor terrace of total capacity of 20KL.
Sewer SystemThe sewage will be collected through a soil pipeline arrangement, bends and inspection chambers leading to the sewage water treatment plant (STP) of the project, from where the sewage will be used for irrigation and flushing purpose.

Water Conservation SystemRain water harvesting pit shall be provided for ground water recharging and overflow to be discharged in the municipal drains. Treated sewage shall be used for irrigation and flushing.
Energy Management System Including Use Of Renewable EnergySolar panel shall be provided on terrace for renewable energy. Single point metering will be therefore energy purchased from the grid/ power supply company.
Fire Protection And Fire Safety SystemFire fighting system shall be provided for building as per the prevailing requirements of National Building Code. Sprinkler shall be provided in all common areas, basement and inside the individual apartments. Smoke dtectors, fire doors shall be provided in common areas. Water supply to sprinklers and hydrants shall be from fire pumps located in the basement.
