Demarcation Of Plots234 plots are planned. After completing development works, each plot will be demarcated as per number plan before handed over to the allottee.
Boundary WallNo provision of boundary wall in the scheme.
Road WorkIn addition of 45 M wide master plan road,1765 M length of 30 M wide , 1075 M 18 M wide and 660 m length of 12 m wide roads are planned. All roads are constructed with cement concrete of M-30 grade and cement concrete manufactured in automatic batching plant (RMC).
Footpaths2.4 m wide footpath is planned in the park of the scheme.
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesWater supply to be done through 110 mm dia G.I. B- class pipe and Providing Tube well and 25000 litre capacity of Over head tank in the scheme.
Sewer SystemProviding and laying non pressure NP-2 class R.C.C hume pipe of 300 mm dia. At present, there is no S.T.P nearby the scheme, so septic tank and soak pit shall be provided in the scheme.
DrainOpen drains are to be constructed in R.C.C. work with cement concrete in 1 1.5 3 (1 cement, 1.5 coarse sand and 3 stone grit 2 cm gauge)

Design For Electric Supply Including Street LightingProviding of 11/0433 KV 50 Hz outdoor type 3 nos of 250 KVA and 3 nos of 400 KVA is to be provided in the scheme.LT and HT line with steel tublur pole 9 meter long designated 410 SP-32, ACSR conductor shall be used. G.I. octagonal pole with ACSR conductor and 18 watt LED down lighter shall be used in Street light

Treatment And Disposal System Of Sewage And Sullage WaterThere is no S.T.P. nearby the scheme so sewer disposal shall be done through septic tank and soak pit.
Solid Waste Management And Disposal SystemSolid waste is collected at site and cartage to the Nagar Nigam Firozabad dumping site and disposed off as per standard norms.
