Demarcation Of PlotsBoundary wall from 3 sides completed and balance area segregated by boundary of adjoining project and approach road.
Boundary Wall3.5 mt. high boundary wall with brick masonry from 3 sides done. 1.5 mt high boundary wall with brick masonry and MS grill is to be constructed in balance area.
Road Work6 mt, wide internal roads finished in trimix / concrete pavers.
FootpathsFootpaths shall have RCC curb stones and will be finished with cement tiles / stones with an underlay of 100 mm thick PCC. All parking areas shall be finished with concrete paver / grass pavers as per design.
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesMunicipal water supply will be there. Provision of 24 by 7 water supply to all the apartments and common area with 100000 Liters underground and 25000 Liters overheads tanks shall be provided.
Sewer SystemUnderground sewage system has been proposed. The sewage system will be connected to STP having capacity of 25 KLD.
DrainCovered storm drain has been proposed on the 6 mt. wide peripheral road which will be connected to rain water harvesting pits with provision of water overflow to the external drains.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street LightingExternal lighting shall comprise of LED / CFL based light fixtures with desired lux level as per NBC norms. Electrical system shall consist of supply through 1500 KVA transformer. Individual connections in each apartment shall be provided by state electricity board.
Community BuildingsNo community building is there. However, tie - up with adjoining projects developed by the Promoters has been done to provide for community facilities on chargeable basis.
Treatment And Disposal System Of Sewage And Sullage WaterAbout 25.00 KLD capacity of STP has been provided to take care of sewage and waste water. The treated water will be used for gardening, flushing of WC etc.
Solid Waste Management And Disposal SystemThe expected solid waste generation is 0.6 kg/ day / capita. In order to treat this, a composter shall be provided.
Water Conservation SystemRecharging of ground water shall be through rain water harvesting system. Treated water from the STP will be reused in flushing of WC, horticulture / gardening etc.
Energy Management System Including Use Of Renewable EnergyAdequate use of LED lights in the street lighting and common areas has been proposed. To save energy, solar panels shall be installed as per norms.
Fire Protection And Fire Safety SystemFire hose cabinet has been proposed to be provided on each floor as per NBC norms which will be connected to over head fire tank.
Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health ServicesShops, pool, gymnasium, community hall, kids play area etc are to be provided with in the premises or in adjoining projects / land owned and developed by the Promoters for which tie-up has been done.
Emergency Evacuation ServicesEach floor has two stair cases out of which one is a fire stair case designed as per NBC norms. In case of emergency, the stair cases will be used by the residents. These stair case will lead everyone to the internal roads at ground floor.
Other Miscellaneous WorkRest all works will be executed as per sanctioned drawings and in compliance of applicable norms.
