Demarcation Of PlotsThe plots will be demarcated by concrete/brick pillars to all the sides of the plot boundary, to the exact shape, size and orientation as per the sanctioned Map by Meerut Development Authority.
Boundary Wall1.8m-2.1m high and 230/115mm thick boundary wall designed and completed. Brick work and RCC work in column and beam as per the design.
Road WorkBituminous Coal Road/ Concrete Road will be throughout the project, whose wideness starts from 9m.
Footpathscombination green/paver blocks will be used in footpath preferably along with wide roads above 15m
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesAn underground water tank is already constructed and after the treatment, supply will be done through HDPE/MDPE pipe conduit.
Sewer SystemSewage will be collected through the RCC Hume pipe arrangement, leading to STP. Inspection chamber/manholes will be provided as per norms.
DrainSurface drain water will be collected through RCC pipe and will be released to Storm Water line for discharge. inspection chambers/ manholes will be provided as per norms.

Water Conservation SystemA well designed rain water harvesting system shall be provided for the whole area to conserve water.
