Demarcation Of PlotsDermarcation of plots will be done as per approved layout. The total number of plots are 43 nos.
Boundary WallThe boundry wall is in 3 Mt. high that is built in 230 mm thick brick wall in first class brick work in a ratio of ;1.66 mix, with providing column in every 4 Mt. , expansion koint and beam for high duraability damp proof course layer will aslo laid, for moisture resistant purpose.
Road WorkInternal road is 24 Mt. ,9Mt.and 7.50Mt. wide. All roads are RCC with Proper compaction 8 inch boulder will be use, ready mixed concrete will be used which is manufactured in fully automatic batching plant, and designed upto100 Mt. load capacity.
FootpathsA 1.5 m wide foothpath runs all along the fence outside a park, foothpaths provide an excellent opportunity for esercise as well as movement.
