Development works

Demarcation Of PlotsAs per approved drawings, Demarcation of plots was done by Total Station Machine
Boundary Wall(i) RCC Cum brick wall having thickness of 230 mm. (ii) Height of the boundary wall will be 6 feet from 0-0 level.
Road WorkTwo 9 m Roads having length of 70 m each and one 7.5 m road having length of 75 m will be constructed. The road will be constructed in several steps- (i) 3 times backfilling of soil. (ii) After each step of soil feeling, compaction and curing will be done. (iii) 2 times GSB layering having thickness of 150 mm each one 6 m of width on 9 m road and 4.5 m of width on 7.5 m of road, then compaction and curing will be done. (iv) WBM Bituminous layer of thickness 150 mm.
FootpathsOn the remaining 3 m compacted soil (1.5m on each side), we will lay interlocking tiles on the footpath.
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesFor every individual Villa, drinking water connection through 90 degree dia PVC line.
Sewer SystemSewer System will be constructed in following steps- (i) Excavation as per level of sewer in approved drawings (ii) PCC. (iii) NP3 pipes having 300 degree dia of slope in ration of 1/200 will be used in the sewer system. (iv) Backfilling of soil and plaster. (v) Waste water will discharge into sewer pipes, then sewer water will discharge into STP.
Drain(i) Excavation as per level of draining line in approved drawings. (ii) PCC (iii) NP3 pipes having 300 degree dia of slope in ratio of 1/200 will be used in the drainage system. (iv) Backfilling of soil and plaster (v) Drainage water will be discharged into the RWH pit by NP3 pipes.
Parks(i) 10 percentage of the total plot area which is 678.15 sq.m (ii) The level of the green area will be 75 mm down from road level.
Tree Planting(i) 35 trees will be plated in the green area. (ii) Different types of trees and flowers will be planted.
Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting(i) 25 KVA transformer will be placed. (ii) 3 m distance between two street lights. (iii) 9 feet height 0-0 level.
Community Buildings(i) Sector shopping provided having an area of 181.09 sq.m. (ii) Convenient shops provided having an area of 157.07 sq.m. (iii) Club house having an area of 73 sq.m.
Treatment And Disposal System Of Sewage And Sullage WaterSTP of 70 KLD will be provided having an area of 70 sq.m.
Solid Waste Management And Disposal SystemGarbage area provided having an area of 33.19 sq. m.
