Development works

Demarcation Of PlotsAll the plots will be demarcated as per the approved plan inclusive of roads 7.5m and 9m wide. The orientation of the units and all other parts of the project will as per approved map using latest survey equipment and skilled professionals
Boundary WallA boundary wall of 6 to 8 feet will be constructed for the project periphery. The wall will be constructed in brick work. The brick work will be done in cement mortar, and it will be plastered and painted. The foundation will be as per design .
Road WorkThe Flexible or Rigid Pavements will be constructed in the project. The Wearing course will be laid on minimum 150mm compacted granular layer over the compacted subgrade to the minimum desired density of 98 percent.
FootpathsPaver block will be laid for footpaths. The 100mm block of M-15 strength will be laid on 50mm sand bed over a compacted layer of 200mm
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesThe underground water tank of 1 Lac liters will be constructed. The Submersible pump station will be installed to pump the potable ground water to the tank, from where it will be pumped through PVC pipelines to each unit.
Sewer System300mm to 450 mm hume pies and concrete structures will be constructed to cater for the domestic sewer of the project. The manholes will be constructed at junction and required length to maintain the sewer line. The slopes will lead to STP of the project
DrainThe lined covered drain will be constructed on both sides of the roads adjacent to units. The CC or brickwork plastered will be used to construct the drain with top with of 300mm and depth of 300mm min, to maintain the continuous flow. CD will be constructed at junctions with respect to slope
Parks2 lush green Parks with all amenities will be developed as per the landscape plan and dimensions approved by Agra Development Authority
Tree PlantingThe trees will be planted along the project boundary wall and all suitable locations and the periphery of the parks to keep the project green and clean.
Design For Electric Supply Including Street LightingThe separate transformer will be installed as per load calculation for the project done by Torrent Power Limited. The electricity will be transferred through the electrical poles and distribution boxes to each unit of the project
Community BuildingsNot Applicable. But all arrangement will be made for residents
Treatment And Disposal System Of Sewage And Sullage WaterA multistage sewage treatment plant will be constructed in the project with calculation 150 KLD per person. The sewage will be treated to bring the effluents within permissible limit before disposal
Solid Waste Management And Disposal SystemThe dalab ghars in the area 0f 42 sq,m will be constructed as per the approved map. In addition, the Dustbins will be installed at all suitable location of the project for collection and disposal of garbage from the project
Water Conservation SystemThe 30000ltr capacity will be constructed. The perforated pipe wil be put in bore to the depth of 8 m. min. The filtrations system of reducing granular size material will be constructed to collect the catchment water
Energy Management System Including Use Of Renewable EnergyNot Applicable, but all green technologies and energy conservation methods will be adopted.
