Demarcation Of PlotsResidential plots of different sizes for public and semi public use plots as approved by the authority and demarcated on approved map and accordingly the demarcations will be done on the site.
Boundary WallIt will be the responsibility of the developer to construct the boundary wall around the whole society. No boundary walls is being provided by the developer for the individual plots that boundary will be constructed by the buyers.
Road WorkLaying of roads with proper longitudinal and cross sectional roads slopes over well compacted subgrade with 75mm or more layers of GSB as per requirements.
